Kristi Hugstad:

My career began in Minneapolis, MN as a public school teacher and owner of a national aerobics certification company. I then spent 4 years traveling and conducting fitness seminars.

I moved to San Diego and worked at the Golden Door and Rancho La Puerta in Tecate, Mexico. I have traveled world-wide on the Queen Elizabeth II for the Golden Door Spa at Sea.

After 6 years as the Fitness Director at Marbella Country Club, I opened the Sweatshop, which became Orange County's premiere spinning studio. I then opened Xhale Pilates.

My 20 years in the industry has taught me how to teach others how to get an optimal workout that is effective and efficient.
